You may have seen the Allstate Insurance ads on television where they state they do not raise rates on a first accident. We had been Allstate customers for over 10 years with NO claims whatsoever on our home or autos. Then we had ONE small fender bender last summer and what do you know....our rates increased by $400. Don't believe them!!

My brand new 2007 Honda Fit was rammed into by a Chinese lady who doesn't speak nor understand English. I thought it would be slam dunk case boy I was wrong! The lady lied to her insurance company Allstate that I caused the collision by hitting her and they approved her false claim! I need your HELP to straighten this out!

Allstate has decided to not offer new homeowners insurance in DE, NJ, or CT because of the chance of huricanes. I guess they only want to take your money where they are more assured you will not have any claims!
